Clearly not registered in or compliant with MUSTT.
Unapproved DOT/SNELL helmet, no above ankle footwear, short sleeves, no gloves.
Clearly dressed for the ride and not the fall. Probably didn't even worry about T-CLOCS checks before he started his ride and his rear tire looks a little low, probably from being overloaded by a friggin big party pleaser.
