I am creating or at least trying to create a program for my company, that I hope can go to the brigade level by the end of my next enlistment contract. Its called Project Shamrock to Emerald. It is a program that trains leaders within the Regular Army to assist Service members going from Army National Guard/Army Reserve into the Active Component. The transition for me was difficult, frustrating, and took numerous months to get me administratively correct with my previous awards, schools, and TIS/TIG. I have a typed rough draft of what I'm wanting to accomplish with it if anyone wants it. I have done consulting for several service members who have made the transition in the past year, and want more awareness and knowledge spread to fellow leaders in the Army so that they know how to square these Soldiers away.
