Federal Court Upholds Ohio Law Protecting Children With Downs From Abortion


From Lifenews: In a 9-7 decision, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against an injunction previously placed against Ohio’s Down Syndrome Non-Discrimination Act (Lifenews). Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost: Appeals Court upheld an Ohio law that forbids doctors from performing abortions that they know are motivated by the unborn child’s Down syndrome. This ruling will restore important protection for Ohioans — born & unborn alike — with Down syndrome (Twitter).
