As an 89BRAVO will I be able to use my AIT training an transfer into college credits for fields like supply chain management and accounting?

You'll receive recommended credits on your Joint Service Transcript, just like you would in any other MOS.
Whether any college will honor those recommendations is up to that school.
No school HAS to accept any military experience or training as credits.

PVT (Join to see) you have to do the leg work of finding out yourself. It's not just what schools take it, it's which programs at which schools will accept which credits.

Reality is don't expect much in terms of college credit from AIT and basic. The breakdown of classes has to match or exceed what your college expects. An example, I received I think 1-2hours of A&P from AIT and the college standard is 5hours with lab. I still had to take the five hour course because there is no way to shave off a couple of credit hours. I think I at most received credit for physical education and that was about it.
