What can I expect from an AG CO in the Army Reserves?
I was previously a S1 in an Intel Brigade and received a slot as a SGT in an AG Company. I’m trying to figure out what this slot would look like in a straight AG company. Meaning, what does S1 look like in an entire company of S1?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m set for reenlistment in little over a year. I am liking go to attempt to reclass, or find a secondary MOS. If like to see what this would look like for me in the meanwhile.

You will do anything admin related, DD93’s, SGLI, iPERMS, ARB’s, awards, etc. Your function is to keep all records up to date (yes chasing soldiers around to get their shit done) and also to keep accountability (PERSTAT) which gets reported up.
A lot to learn but easy if you have a good mentor/leader.

Thanks for the response. I figured that was mostly it, but I’ve been in S1 for an MI unit previously, AMF was curious how this worked in the entire company was HR.

Depends if they assigned you to S1 duties. Personnel actions have to be done in AG units as well.
