What does "Awaiting HQDA Approval" mean?" I am referring to my FEDREC status that I check on the ARNG Self-Service site. It states that the scroll is on Day 7 and the scroll number is P46-23. Either I don't understand how the scroll process works, or the list is going quickly. The actual promotion board was on 21 July 2023

It means exactly what it says it's waiting for hqda to approve it. Just like your oer gets submitted then they approve it and process it. It can sit on the Scrolls for months. It just means that it has been submitted at the lowest level you, your command and on up in your state. Now we're waiting for the big army and Department of Defense to do their thing.

Not sure where that falls in the process. Here is a list of the steps it should take. I don't see HQDA Approval.

I'm in the same boat, Awaiting HQDA Approval; List ID P56-23. I'd love to know where this step is with regards to the fedrec scroll dod process.
