Can I reenlist with RE code of 3?
Hey RP,
I got out June of 2017. Looking to go back in I have an RE Code of 3. Honorable discharge. I was kicked out for failing PT tests. Didn’t know I was pregnant lol, but about to give birth in December and looking to rejoin! Any luck? I was in the army.

Before you go to a recruiter make darned sure that you can the APFT with more than just the minimum score. You need to show the recruiter that you are serious about wanting to reenlist and that he/she won't just be wasting their time.

RE-3 is able to reenlist with a waiver, but really all depends on your actual reenlistment code more than just being an RE-3 as far as the likelihood that you'll get a waiver and be able to reenlist. Your best bet is to just go talk to a Recruiter.
