Looking for more information on the Warrant Officer fields 120A and 914A?

Looking for information on the following Warrant Officer fields, 120A and 914A. Day to day, pipeline, etc. There is practically nothing out there on a 914A besides the basic Army definition. My NG contract as a 12C with the Texas NG is ending in April 2021. I want to transfer to active duty and go Warrant. The way I see it with my one contract in the engineer world and my civilian welding experience those are the two fields I can go into. Besides the one guard contract as a 12C I have 9 years welding and fabrication experience, 1 year as a CAD designer and a BS in Drafting and Design Technologies. Any information, advice, help will be appreciated.

For 914A you will need feeder MOS.
914A Allied Trades Warrant Officer 91E, X
You are more likely to have civilian aquired skills acepted in the Reserve Components.
