I know experiences vary, but how long were you at each step of the scroll process before your order was public? How many days on the ticket/ counter did it state verses the time from your state order?

It goes through 23 different offices at the national level. It was only 14 offices back in the day. The worst times to submit your packet is November - March due to people taking turns for leave, beginning the new budget year, and snow days (very limited telework is approved).

My packet was submitted in Feb 2017, state order was March 2017, received fed rec in January 2018. My counter reached 293 before I showed that I was promoted.
