I have always endorsed win-win negotiations. Money has never entered the equation; in fact it is a good reason to terminate the negotiating process.

As a middle aged man, I took a 5 day negotiation class, it was a life changer. Long story short I learned exactly what you just said: many times you can get a win-win situation. The only time I haven’t seen in my life this win-win concept is since about 1990 in politics, when I see thinly disguised Socialists try to take over our country. They do not negotiate in good faith. MHO

I can spot them a mile away, the opening lines may differ but the scam is the same. I’m American by default. Hawaii became a state when I was 8 years old. I have lived through trying times. I figured out that there is no race, just cultures.
