Good morning, Rallypoint, and welcome to the February 21, 2026 edition of Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD).
Who doesn't love a parade? Or in this case, a planetary pararde? In this sunset view from Turkey, we see (in order from the horizon) the planets Venus, Mercury, our Moon, and Saturn. Visit today's APOD and mouse over the picture to see which is which.
There will be a six-planet parade in a week (starting February 28th). I'll start a separate thread in a few minutes for that to give you recommended viewing times for different locations.
