PFC (Join to see) Yeah I gotcha and agree. However, with most cases I've seen, for OP I would think he'll reach out, they'll say my bad and get it sent out to him.

PFC (Join to see) - You make some good points, but if Corporal Franco's information is correct, then why would his unit send him off to the Sapper Course? It just does not make sense in that case, especially since he apparently attended Ranger School and graduated prior to that. So did he massively screw up previous to attending the Sapper Course or immediately there after, and immediately prior to PCS?

SSG Robert Webster - Sergeant, it was just an example. Unless it comes out that's what happened. The CQ noticing him driving into the barracks parking lot then stumbling inside reeking of alcohol would have done it at my old unit. Again, that's rampant speculation for a point of arguement. I don't know how you were as a single soldier, but if a girl sends me a booty call I'm on it. I really didn't start drinking regularly until I was into my 30s for risk management purposes.

As MAJ (Join to see) said, reach out to your 1SG, or old NCOIC, or if you have any buddies in S1 etc.

Ask nicely. Talk to your old 1SG.
