Anyone been given an award that doesn't actually get in the system?

Turns out one of my ARCOM's I'm trying to get iPerm'd doesn't have an order number or any CAC signatures on the DA638. Looks like it was submitted for a higher award, it was down graded, and an ARCOM cert with a 2-Star ink signature was applied, but there is no Order # opposite the 2-Star signature. So it's like it was handed directly to me from his desk without going through the admin portion of approval.

Anyway........... chalking it up to win some, lose most. I'll be pulling an oakleaf off my rack.

Upside I guess is all those bullet points can now be used in a future award and layer more awesomeness.
