Best OS Contract Company for Paramedic?

Does anyone have insight for a reputable contract agency for Paramedic overseas contracts? I found a few but they have HORRIBLE reviews from employees. Area of assignment isn't so much a concern as finding a decent company that has a pay scale commensurate with the duties.

Look into CHS out of Cape Canaveral. I worked for them for several years in Baghdad. Solid guys.
