So, there was a push against the "toxic masculinity" of the Boy Scouts and now they change their name and admit girls. The Girl Scouts are pissed because now they are going to lose membership? People are crazy, and never satisfied...

I’m still gonna call it Boy Scouts, regardless, haha. I don’t mind girls joining, but there was a program for that in the first place so I don’t see why we had to do this overall change. The Venturing program had coed for many years, but I guess it wasn’t enough.

I was in Explorer Scouts, too. My only issue with this is why aren't the Girl Scouts allowing boys in?
