Solomon’s comments stand in sharp contrast to that of many big names in the technology space that have made the shift to working remotely a more permanent part of their operations. The latest example is music streaming service Spotify, which announced earlier this month it would be letting employees work from anywhere after the pandemic.

I would say working from home depends greatly on the type of work you do, how disciplined are you etc. I could not do my job from home but my counter part could do a large chunk of his job at home and has. We had one guy in purchasing who was supposed to be working from home but when the rans some checks he had not logged into to the system in over a month so they let him go.

That could be. The reason I posted this article was for what I hear all the time about the "new normal" and everything being performed remotely. I believe in the long run this remote working will hurt most businesses, time will tell.
