Has anyone used the Army Ignited app to determine your career and college choices? Know anyone who has used it?

Everyone requesting TA now has to use it, it replaced GoArmyEd for processing tuition assistance.
However, I've never gotten it to work for me. There's always some issue where my profile doesn't load.

If people want to use their TA, they have to use Army Ignited. There isn't any other way to use it. So everyone accessing TA is using it yes. I've heard about all the issues with it though.
I haven't used it because I can't use TA anymore. I already used it to get my first Master's degree (and a little of my GI Bill). Then I used the rest of my GI Bill (or most of it) to get a second Master's degree.

SFC the army ed center is allowing me to get a undergrad/grad certificate using TA. I came in with my Master's degree so I don't know if that makes a difference.
