For those children living out of state its great to hear from them on occasion by phone. For those children living within 50 miles its great as one is a plumber and the other is a computer nerd that help us in our times of need. Life is good when you have family.

I agree...we are on the East Coast and most of ours are west of the Rockies...but they do call in. The one that is "local" shows up about two weekends a month and we love it.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - Our grandchildren are scattered all over and those that have our great-grandchildren keep us in the loop with pictures on the internet. Although were not there we can watch them grow up. Computers are great for communications with family.
