The Cavalry Scout anticipates the enemy's intentions when they are detected by the equipment they have and his knowledge of their capabilities. The Scout then does things that allow his Commander to ‘Retain Freedom of Maneuver, Secure the Element’s Main Body while simultaneously finding the new 'Routes of Advance, Flank and Retrograde'.
