How do I get an adjustable bed from the VA that isn’t a twin?

I have been approved but only for a twin. Who do I need to speak with to make this happen? I’m 100% p&t back, neck , knees and other stuff.

Yes he will not specify why I am justified to get other than durable medical equipment (twin size). I am wondering if another route or another way to explain to him. Someone he may not know to utilize.
