Which is one of the many things we've been saying. So, in summary, and the SCOTUS confirmed this, Congress would have to enforce this and the only way they can do so is through a 2/3rd majority vote. Effectively the same criteria as an impeachment conviction. Hence, this matter is effectively closed. Feel free to continue to believe Trump is an insurrectionist and that the 14th Amendment / Section 3 applies, nobody at this point really cares. So, unless Trump wins but the Senate and House picks up a very large number of Congressmen and women willing to vote Trump out there is no point in this issue.
