The fantastical ranting of Greg Pricket continue on RP. As a defense attorney and someone who acts as though law enforcement abuse ought to be a concern and investigated, can you tell me what you think about the 17 issue with the FISA applications. The deliberate falsifying of information to get a FISA (by an FBI lawyer, go figure) against Carter Page which as we know was the camels nose under the edge of the tent for the deep state.

How about the fact that the Steele dossier was the essential (according to Horowitz) piece of the FISA application. The FBI tried without it and failed to get one against Page. We know the Steel Dossier was the work of foreign actors paid for by HRC and Clinton. Foreign influence in our election anyone? Buehler, Buehler, Prickett).

What do you think about the Director of the FBI signing 3 of those warrants after coming off the HRC debacle on her handling of classified information? He now acts like he wasn't that close to the investigation (in an interview over this past weekend). So the director of the FBI was not that close to an investigation of the candidate for President, then the President Elect. How simple minded does one need to be to believe that.

Greg, once again, you help demonstrate why lawyers are one of the most disliked professions in the U.S. BTW, there are also polls that show impeachment is under water. I know Morning Joe gets a shiver down your leg but you have fallen for polls before and been very disappointed. You have pitched your tent in the Pelosi/Schiff/Nadler Camp. That is truly the island of misfit toys. Enjoy your stay.

I'll be happy to address whatever you want Jeff. All you need to do is cite to the page and line numbers of the relevant part of the report, and then state your question.

SSG Matthew Adkins - Opinions are so much more fun than pesky facts. Lots of wiggle room and plenty of cheerleaders for "followers" to latch onto and regurgitate daily.

I asked you some specific questions, why don't you start with those Greg or are they too tough for you to handle?

I missed the post about the 17 systematic failures of the Federal Government’s surveillance program on an American citizen. Surly a Defense Lawyer would be up in arms about this abuse.

Perhaps, but a defense attorney wouldn't have misspelled "surely" as surly...

17 unanswered mistakes investigating a citizen and you cite a spelling issue. What a fraud you have become to the legal profession. Capt Gregory Prickett

SSG Matthew Adkins - A systemic failure in terms of this topic would be failing to provide even exculpatory witnesses/testimony when offered, or worse a blanket refusal of participating at all, in a duly elected body acting in accordance with the powers afforded them under Constitutional Law. Worse still to portray a narrative of being deprived of equal rights when the defendant chose not to participate. Still worse is to restrict opposing Counsel from calling witnesses in support of their complaint. The House has sole power to impeach. The Senate has sole power to trial. They are doing exactly what they accuse the Dems of doing. Their answer has been clear - "Get over it". Some Americans actually want all the facts, including self, but it will not be forthcoming. If you're ok with that then we have a difference of opinion.

SSG Matthew Adkins - Thanks for reply. I listened to IG testimony and there is some smoke there. We need oversight on LEOs but IMO they are on the front lines in USA. You're going to have your 10% always. Honesty and integrity are key. Keep up the good work in your Drill assignment. I went to a screening board in 88 during some FMF time after surviving 36 one-month tours recruiting in KY. I might have gotten orders, but the lady shrink (LCMDR) didn't like one response on psych-eval. Asked how many recruits I could fit in a dumpster, I inquired sliced or cubed? Biff Pow...get him outa there Coach. I would have survived but my temper would have likely been an issue, then. Not now.
