I guess when Bernie's camp "stole" all those voter files (and then like geniuses, TOLD the DNC there were flaws in the programming) - THAT wasn't enough of a heads up for the DNC to try and find a capable administrator who could ferret out and hire capable internet intellects. Incredible.
