"VA Disability Claim MYTHS Debunked!"
Brian Reese here, USAF 100% disabled veteran, and founder of VA Claims Insider.
In this video, I break down the Top 5 VA Claim Myths, and I debunk them, step by step.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
⭐️ Myth #1: “PTSD VA rating will affect my security clearance…”
WRONG! And I explain why your mental health or PTSD rating do NOT affect your security clearance.
⭐️ Myth #2: “I can’t work with a 100% VA rating…”
INCORRECT! There are three types of 100 va rating. The only 100 va rating you need to be concerned about is tdiu or va individual unemployability. By law, you can’t hold substantially gainful employment if you’re getting 100 tdiu benefits from the VA.
⭐️ Myth #3: “I don’t deserve VA disability benefits…”
STOP! By law, you are entitled to VA disability benefits. If you receive VA compensation, it does NOT affect any other Veteran from getting their VA benefits. You owe it to yourself and your family to work with VA Claims Insider in our VA Claims Insider Elite program to get the VA rating and VA compensation you deserve.

Unfortunately Federal Government is doing what they always do, break their word to Veterans. Those with immigration issues deserve to stay in US and gain citizenship, period. Without draft, anyone who serves honorably for term of contract deserves citizenship at the minimum, and full VA Benefits as well. It's disgusting to see how Veterans are treated compared to citizen's born in US. ICE is out of control, racking up numbers to justify their existence.

I am very strong in favor of immigration control, however, I do fully agree with you Sp5 Welch. Any person who serves our country honorably should automatically and immediately upon honorable discharge, be offered the option of full citizenship. I was actually shocked when I first learned that those who served honorably were not offered citizenship. That is truly an injustice.
