I cannot comment on this post because the user has me blocked, however I feel this comment is in particularly bad taste. Again, I stand by what I did when I "snitched" on my friends when called in by the Command Master Chief regarding what I saw at a party..It was not an easy decision and not one that "made me look good". In fact, I lost a couple friendships for quite some time. However, underage drinking, DUIs, and lying to your Command Officer are pretty serious allegations. When you're asked something directly by your CMC you answer truthfully, and I did. I'm sorry if this user feels that being honest makes you a "Blue Falcon". Learn from real leadership and you'll have a successful career. Honesty is the best policy. Don't endanger your career trying to protect the career of someone who doesn't care about theirs or yours.

I know I already answered, however I felt this was worth a mention. There was a case of DUI and underage drinking. Somehow, my cellphone number was included on a group text. The group of 5 or 6 people going to MAST (NJP) over the incident were making up a story to tell the CO.. completely falsified. I had witnessed the incident and when the CMC called me into his Office to talk about what I saw that night I turned over my phone. The CMC allowed each of them to tell their story and charged them with falsifying official documents on top of the DUI and supplying alcohol to a minor.

This group of people were close friends of mine, and talking to the CMC was a very hard thing to do. I know this makes me seem like a "snitch" to some, but I take my core values and my integrity very seriously. Once you get wind of illegal activity, you are now on the hook as far as the military is concerned. Had I not reported that and someone found out, I could be charged just as easily. I know I did the right thing. I am still friends with 4 of them. The one charged with the DUI ended up getting another DUI several months later and was discharged.

Like I tell all my people, honesty is always the best policy.

that message could have gotten back to the command from someone else. then you would have looked like part of the problem. Honesty is always better.

Oh, I suspect watching Hitlery Clinton over the years has turned into the most pathetic display of a person with not a single ounce of integrity in her blimp-ass body!!! What did I do about it? Write a few diatribes on social media. What would I like to do about it? Let me check first to see if the NSA has me bugged!!!
