The Republican's in the Senate put the Constitution and the law above President Trump's "loyalty test" and rejected his declaration of a national emergency.

Interesting they allowed him to down Boeing Max planes. AirBus sure has got a way to hose Boeing. Note the Voice Recorders are going to France vice US. US can create transcripts much quicker.

thank trump for how sensible world is looking at us now, an intelligent person would build on previous accomplishments. many of us have fought for many years to make america great as it is today.

Interesting, how many Democrats opposed DACA? In my option there is an immigration crises. I think Trump is doing the right thing. The cities offering illegal immigrants santuary are violating the Constitution, where are the objections to that..oh never mind. Now we have law enforcement officers declaring gun sanctuaries in violation of state laws. Either we are a nation of laws or not.

Never understood why it was OK for O to make DACA via E.O., but current POTUS can not make an E.O to stop DACA... Hard to make sense of it.

Do they have enough to override a veto? Probably not. I can't understand why they all did not vote against the "national emergency" which skirts the Constitution.
