I am laughing at the 200-400 MG of ibuprofen every four hours and no more than1200 in 24 hours...DoD Docs prescribe that stuff at 800MG every 4-6 hours and tell you to ruck up and go!

LTC Eugene Chu no more than 48oz an hour on water. Ibuprofen... as prescribed...
