Recently, I have had a lot of trouble logging into my Enterprise Email via my personal computer. I've cleared the browser history, deleted temp files, checked security boxes and I still get the "Your Session Could Not Be Established" screen. Any idea what's going on?

It is probably a certificate issue either because you received a new ID card with a new certificate that the existing tunnel does not recognize or your Enterprise Email has transitioned to you PIV certificate and the connection still has your ID certificate. In either case, if you start a new session and select the correct certificate you should be good.

you're not the only one. i've experienced this the last couple weeks at home and at work.
