I have a question about updating my ERB. Where can I find course code for SEEK 2 (secure electronic enrollment kit) training? Does it even exist, or does it have equivalent? I'm certified to certify people on it. It (certificate of completion) has been signed by an O-6 and I have original as well as digital copies. How do I go about it?

A great place to start is your S-1 shop. Sometimes the course code will be on your certificate of training, which will help your S-1/G-1 folks identify this course and assign it to your records accordingly.

If the S-1 shop cannot identify the school, the ops shop (S-3/G-3) might be able to find it in the ATRRS.

If you (or the S-1/G-1 shop or the S-3/G-3) cannot find the course, work closely with your Squad Leader/Platoon Sergeant so they can help identify and contact the school proponent and they should be able to identify the school code.

When you crack the code, make sure you let us all know the correct course code.

Has links to the list of resident and distance learning school codes that can be entered on your ERB.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for the info but I couldn't find anything over there. I'll try to go to my S-3 shop tomorrow like CSM said.

I have been searching ATRRS for the SEEK II course and the only one I can find is a one day course at Ft. Campbell.  You don't need S-3 to search the ATRRS course catalog.  Here is the link.  Maybe you can modify the search criteria to better try to find it.

Also, have you gone to your "My Training" on AKO and looked to see if it was even an ATRRS course?

Honestly though, even if it is listed in ATRRS, if it's not listed in eMILPO then I don't see how you can add it to your ERB.  I have numerous courses I have taken over the years that cannot be listed on my ERB.

SPC, I am working in my unit's Personnel section and checked the refernces I have, the same one 1SG Hansen linked. I could not find it in any of the searches I tried. Like CSM Uhlig said, check with your S-3 and see if they can pull something up from ATRRS.

My question to you is if it was a 40-hour course. The system changed a while back that only 40 + hour courses with signed certificates can be added to your ERB and iPERMS.

Hope that helps.
