How far in advance does my ERB/SRB need to be updated ?

I am currently taking more college courses to get more promotion points. I was wondering how far in advance I need to have my classes added to my ERB/SRB to have it reflect the greater amount of promotion points for potential E5 promotion for the coming month.

Well you can't update your civilian education without a transcript to prove you took received those credits - so whenever you finish the courses, your transcript updates, you can get a copy and take it to your S1 for them to update your SRB and PPW.

Once you have completed said courses, you'd have to wait until it populates in your Official College transcript then take it to your Personnel office normally 1-2 business day, but if its for the Promotion points, then you'd need to turn it in before the 1st. of Each month to get promoted
