People keep asking how the holocaust could have happened. History tells us, but there are people trying to "shield" us from the awful truth or hide it to forge their own totalitarian regime.

I agree. We have the beginning of institutionalized hate in the 1619 project and critical race theory. Both are frauds. Slavery was not uniquely a white institution nor uniquely American. The first legally recognized slave owners in the British colonies was a black man. Early in our history we locked the expansion of slavery into the Northwest Territories.

I've seen much of this and read on more. Sadly, we have much of this going on here. The current Big GOP lie being pushed by our elected officials is enough to show you how fragile our democracy is.
