This is so bad. What is the saddest part of this they just fired the weapon so they must have just got a class on that weapon system. It goes to say the quality of training in Basic Training might be diminishing.
Not only is it backwards it is up side down also. So much fail in one place.

Doesn't help that the trainee they used to stage this is already identified as a heat casualty... You can see the FML in the SM's eyes. And now viral...

I blame the safety on this one. Even if she had NO IDEA how to load it (which I don't believe would happen, that's what PMI is for) there should be a safety there to supervise it.
