ABCP QUESTION: If an SM PASSES the body fat requirement while being enrolled in the program, is the SM still required to see the nutritionist/Dietitian if the appointment is set after the passing date.

I am aware that once the SM passes body fat index he/she be removed from the program and the flag is lifted. But you are still enrolled in the program for 36months.

Required, no. However, I took advantage of the nutritionist/Dietitian for a few months after being "released" from the AF Weight Management Program to help reinforce those dietary good habits for the long haul.

Seeing the dietitian should have been part of the Soldier Action Plan for ABCP. If the Soldier has been released from the ABCP program by the Commander after passing the standard then it is not necessary for them to see the dietitian. They are no longer in the program and no longer have a SAP.

If the Soldier has a scheduled appointment it is best for them to cancel the appointment ( it is never good practice to be a "no show")

You are not necessarily "enrolled" in the program for 36 months. However there will be adverse action if you get re-enrolled into the program within 36 months. Your records are kept in IPERMS for 36 months, only after that time has passed will they removed from the system and kept in a temporary administrative folder.
