Hmmnn? Hadn't thought about in those terms before now. I must admit I don't know the Flag Code like I should.

I’ve read it before and I had wondered about parachuting a flag into a major event. When it was first done, years ago, I seem to remember that there was someone catching the flag prior to it touching ground.

A rule is a rule? I always thought it was cool looking, but you can see the flag touch the ground now and again on those jumps.
