How does someone go about becoming a CWO and getting into flight school?

I'm currently in the Colorado National Guard and I'm looking to change my current MOS to become a Chief Warrant Officer in the aviation unit at Buckley Air force base. I'm looking to find out more information about how to become CWO and get into flight school.

The chicken or the egg comes first? WO candidate, then WO, flight school and hopefully CWO unless you crash and burn.

You will become a WOC then a WO1.
Check with CO JFHQ. They will have a Warrant Officer Recuiter.
