I don't know what has happened to you in the past three years, but you were more coherent in 2017. I took a look at your FB page and noticed a decline in your writing ability since about March 2018. Please talk your colleagues or friends and ask them for an honest assessment and ask them if they have seen any changes in you since 2018.
