Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®) is the credentialing body for the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® certifications. Our mission is to certify leaders that know how to build and lead resilient teams.

Our Campus Brand Ambassadors advise their peers on the benefits of Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® (RBLP) certification.

College students can significantly improve their resumes for internships and jobs by earning the RBLP leader certification.

We certify Campus Brand Ambassadors at no cost ($875 value) so they are speaking from experience when they tell others about the program.
