Just listed as an advisory, but if my safety engages on its own after firing one round; I would consider it a safety risk.

To bad not good, but my 9mm shield safety works fine, I like it just like on my 1911.

MSgt Cayle Harris Better make that first shot count, it is for all the marbles. I can't believe this wouldn't be a recall worthy issue. At least they are doing the right thing and offering a safety upgrade. The free of charge part should be a given.
