Throughout my career in the Marines and Army I have seen many units perform PT at different degrees of difficulty and to different standards. I've always wondered what the true baseline is between the Services. Currently at my unit we have;
Mon/Wed Runs 5-7 Miles
Tues/Thurs Some Sort of Circuit
Friday Ruck.

I've also been curious about what the Navy/AF Morning PT is like.

I've been in several different settings, but generally for my unit:
Monday: Run Day (3-6 miles)
Tuesday: Upper body focus (benchpress, circuit, pull-up ladder, or similar)
Wednesday: Sprints or fast-twitch conditioning (60-120s, sprint ladder, shuttle sprint, sled drag)
Thursday: Crossfit-type whole-body workout (ball slams, thrusters, burpees, boxjumps, relays)
Friday: Leg day (deadlift, squats, lunges, or ruck)

We've been working with Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) trainers to build good ACFT preparation programs, so focus has shifted away from the traditional bodyweight exercises for the APFT, and more towards lifting heavy weights and not running as much.

We're also an Armor unit, so that probably shapes a lot of the exercises we work on.
