Does anyone have experience using the A home loan for building a house? I own the land. Or maybe purchasing a prefab/ trailer home?

I have roughly 10 acres to build on. I know I would have to get a septic tank on it and get a power connection from the road. I am just more so asking about the actual house portion. Is it worth the hassle?
