I made specialist today due to time TIS and it doesn't reflect it on my ERB.

Depends on how efficient (or lazy) your S1 is

MSG (Join to see) they aren’t wrong for 6-8 weeks. I have seen it take that long to be ipermed. But not the ARB, since they have the document you sent, and the batch number were they permed it they can add it to your ARB right then and there. If I had access to you guys I do it myself for you.

SSG Steven Borders - My S1 sucks. They didn't process some 1380s since May and I ended up on the Non Par list. Until I had to show them AGAIN all of the 1380s I had sent to be processed for pay.

MSG (Join to see) I don’t get it! It’s that hard to do your job as an S1.

SSG Steven Borders - Yea. That was an interesting phone conversation. I got the call asking why I was on the Non Par....which I didn't know.....The list had come out about 4 days prior to the phone call. Checked my LESs and my emails sending the 1380s.....all emails with them were responded with "They are processed for pay."

Your commander has to sign the 4187 and the S1 has to process it. Nothing is automatic.
