So according to the school of social work, the word "field" is only offensive to the blacks and Latinos, because they or their ancestors worked there. This is a indirect way of saying that *only* blacks or Latinos work in the fields.

This "anti-racist" policy is, itself, racist. Kind of like Pelosi saying we need illegal immigrants to pick our grapes. I know plenty of white folks who have worked in a field - and even more whose ancestors did. But they, of course, won't be offended because... ummmm... I dunno? Maybe white folks are more resilient? Or maybe white folks have other options now, and blacks and Latinos still work in the fields as a best option? Not sure what the logic here is.

I think these people are just plum crazy. I know of no one that thinks like this. I believe Progressives and Communists make up negative meanings of random items “to create” divisions in our population. Their method to obtain control.
