The word "Gentleman" used to have a solid, objective meaning. It meant the man owned land and his family had a coat of arms. Nothing more, nothing less. He could be a rude, crude, reprehensible felon. But he was a gentleman. Now the word means, basically, "I like him", or "I think he has good manners." The meaning is in the eye of the beholder, so it is quite subjective. This article points out something much worse happening, as we redefine "Nazi", "Fascist", and "Racist" to not just subjective terms, but irrefutable terms deserving of violence.

I believe that at this point they are deserving of violence..... in the sense that the people throwing them around so freely to try and manipulate society to backing their cause or keeping their opinions of said cause to themselves for fear of being labeled deserve a good punch in the mouth.

Going in the other direction... those clowns are embodying everything that they claim to be fighting against. Especially by using and promoting violence. The scary part is that so many people are caught up in their own emotions or lack the intelligence or education to be able to see that.
