The death was tragic and unfortunate. The officer who knelt on his neck should be held accountable. HOWEVER, Floyd was ACTIVELY being NON-COMPLAINT with the officers instructions to show his hands and that is why the officer pulled his gun. Furthermore, Floyd was ACTIVELY RESISTING and was still being NON-COMPLAINT while the officers were handcuffing him. Finally, he was still RESISTING officers. Floyd had a part in his own death too. Had he simply complied, he would still be alive. Just like if the officer had immediately removed his knee from his neck. But I would really like to know from an un-bias source exactly what the corners report says.

Don't have to convince me that some Police Departments have serious issues with training cops or cops performing badly. Seen it repeatedly. I think one issue here is the Police union. Perhaps we need to strip Police Departments of unionization and make them voluntary vs mandatory. Similar to what Wisconsin did with public worker unions. Good luck getting Liberals to approve of that reform though.
