Armed motorist kills man who shot Arizona state trooper

SGT (Join to see) Agreed. There isn't much more to say about it other than that this is why law abiding citizens should never lose their gun ownership and carry rights.

SGT (Join to see) This is a great story. Need to have more of this. Responsible Gun Owner, using the amount of force necessary to prevent the loss of life due to an act of violence. Many high points. 1) the guy stopped, all too often people slow down to get a look but won't stop to help. 2) He had presence of mind not to just jump in (though I can't imagine a scenario when someone having been shot and overpowered would not welcome help), rather to insure assistance was needed. 3) He was able to disable the assailant without any collateral damage. Adrenaline had to be pumping, yet he was able to shoot the attacker without hitting the officer or another bystander. Damned impressive to me.

A good Samaritan in the right place at the right time.
