You bet, just as soon as you Justify your new law with how it would have stopped this former US Marine turned Islamic jihadist https://www.opslens.com/2017/12/23/fbi-foils-isis-christmas-terror-plot-former-marine-charged/?utm_source=GOV&utm_medium=CPC

Sure, right after you amend the Constitution to repeal the First Amendment.

I think that the 14th might come into play when you punish people for the actions of others.

Islam is unconstitutional. Let me explan because I've actually researched this topic before forming an opinion. So I'm sorry to say I have the upper hand.
It is illegal to obey any law in America that isn't the American Law. Islam is inseparable from Sharia Law. The Quran embodies 3 things: Dogma, Economics, and Law. Which really makes it an Ideology. That being said, in the Quran, every Mosque is a Sharia Law Court. And in order to be a Mosque leader, you have to be officially ordained to be a Sharia Law Judge. So every Mosque is an Epicenter of Criminality against America.

Cpl Robert Masi - Let me explain because I actually spent 3 years in law school and actually practice law - you're full of crap. First, it's not illegal to obey any law in America that isn't American law. If you believe that it is, then you need to show some form of legal authority, such as a statute or a court case that says that. Second, the Jews have Beth Din courts, so that they can follow their religious law, which is not American law. The Catholics and other Christian churches have Canonical Courts, where there members can follow their religious laws, which is also not American law. Protestant fundamentalists enter contracts requiring mediation or arbitration based on "Biblical principles" for their adherents, which is also not American law.

If you allow these religions to use their laws for their members, then you cannot bar Muslims from following Sharia law. Next, every Mosque is not a Sharia law court, and never has been. Third, any religious law court decision, whether Muslim or Christian, must still comply with State and Federal law. There is nothing about Islam that is either unconstitutional nor criminal, and this was recognized from the earliest days of this nation.

A Muslim nation was the first to recognize the United States as an independent nation. George Washington instructed his plantation foreman to hire the best craftsmen available, including Muslims. Muslins fought in the Continental Army during the American Revolution, to win our independence.

Finally, you took an oath to support and defend the Constitution, which includes the First Amendment. That means that you swore that you would protect the right of all Americans to worship as they see fit. That includes people like SPC Abdullah, a soldier with a top-secret clearance that worked with nuclear warheads during the cold war, who served 20 years as a police officer in Texas, and is now a small business owner. My friend would protect your religious freedom rights, it's a shame that you wouldn't do the same.

Your question erroneously presupposes that all Muslims are bad. In fact, 99.9% of them are just people like you and I wanting to live their lives. You gonna require sponsors for Christians, Catholics, and Jews, too?

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - I don't know if you read the polls, but around 50% of them around the world believe that violence is an acceptable way to deal with non-believers. The truth is, you don't know anything about Islam. So you are coming from your feelings. maybe you should spend time researching something before you form an opinion

Cpl Robert Masi - I know more about Islam and studied more about it than you seem to have and most likely have known more since you were in diapers. I give a source for the silliness you are spouting please.

Have you read the Qua-ran from from to back, have you read the Bibble the same way or the Torah, I have. You seem nearly igrnoran of the Quaran other that parroting cherry picked quotes. from your writings I would say the same applies to Constitution and the foundations of US law since you have been making up imaginary laws.

Study source documents not the religious and political proganda that you seem to be relying on. For example the 1st Amendment, if you bothered to read it, guts your original proposal, the 14th does the same,

Here at least, even Conservatives will not let you stand on bigotry and lies to spew unconstitutional attacks on a faith, any faith. After all, we all of us swore to defend what you are attacking.

Cpl Robert Masi - Islam is no more violent than Christianity has been in the past, and in some areas, is today.
