Capt Gregory Prickett - The State of NY is going after him as a common criminal . . . let him do time with the other common criminals.

Depends on his exit strategy and Fed pardon, but his short list of friends is dwindling. Due process for all, but hopefully the new admin will focus on other issues. It's time IMO. Their inherited shit sandwich grows daily, and enough time left to go full batshit crazy. Not sure who the Whip is on 25th Amendment. Have not seen that level of courage yet in admin.

Capt Gregory Prickett - He's pissed at Cipollone, so they may be working on Plan Bs.

Not new news. If they go forward with criminal charges for DT over the investigation but not go forward with them for HRC, BO, Bush, Clinton, et al, I would be a little surprised. Not overly surprised as the divide between support him and hate him is the widest I've ever seen for a POTUS. And the hate him crowd has the MSMs and Big Tech in their pockets as well. (There was no Big Tech per se for anything before BO, and during BO's terms Big Tech did not have the monopolies yet.)

MSgt Steve Sweeney - OK.. I get it. Attack the person instead of the idea espoused. Ignoring any further comment from you as you stepped into offensive.

SSgt (Join to see) - The federal statute of limitations isn't an opinion, it is a concrete fact, and for most federal crimes, if you don't initiate prosecution within five years of the offense, you never get to prosecute them for it. So using Hilliary as an example; any use of a private e-mail server while she was Secretary of State would have had to have charges filed for prosecution not later than Feb. 1, 2018, unless you can show a different offense that occurred after she left office and that is still within the Statute of Limitation.
For Obama, you would have to show an offense that occurred in his last year of office, as anything earlier would likely be past the Statute of Limitations.
By the same token, Mueller's Report clearly lays out the elements for Obstruction of Justice charges against Trump that are still within the Statute of Limitations. He can clearly be prosecuted for those crimes.
None of that is based on opinion.

SSgt (Join to see) - Do you feel attacked, Keith? I realize you are a tender little flower, but I guess I just didn't realize how easily you bruise. You go ahead and get your pout on.
