I heard of a school in Texas that is implementing a policy that allows both genders to enter either bathroom at any time. Any opinions? I can see a lot of court cases in the future.

The latrine trailer right in back of my command post in Iraq was unisex. There were no issues then.

SSG Tim Jessen - Yea, I thought so at the time. When we first got in theater at Camp Adder, I had asked where the latrine was. I was told to go around the building and it will be the first trailer I see. So, I go in, see a ton of stalls and urinals and I think that "Ok, I picked the right one." As I am doing my business, a female was coming out of the stall and I thought "OH SH*T". When i walked out I double checked the sign, and sure as hell, it said "UNISEX."

That has to be rumor because there is no way a High school would allow a CO-ED bathroom that is inviting trouble.
