Actions have consequences. Simple as that... You got the tattoo (don't really care what his reason is) now you need to live with it. Maybe, instead of a 9-5, he can be a motivational speaker on what not to do. There is always a way....

My heart bleeds for him(not), the tattoo may be a statement, but no one will hire because it's classified as a distraction.

People do very sad things - in this case the guy says he did a robbery to help provide a home, food, etc for his pregnant girlfriend - instead ended up in prison - where he got drunk and tattooed. Maybe some kind laser center will help in removing the tattoo perhaps under anesthesia as this will be very long and painful process Warmest Regards, Sandy :)
