Cal State LA's 'Safe Space' Housing for Black Students Draws Backlash | EURweb

Cal State has set up Student Housing just for Black students.

I find this deplorable and abhorring. This is taking 100 steps BACKWARDS....yes, I understand they are doing this for "safety" purposes, but I don't think this is the way to handle it. This is SEGREGATION.
CAN YOU SAY SEGREGATION!

I never imagined I would see the day when progress meant going back to segregation and sheltering oneself from differing opinions. Truly sad.

Did you know that ancient Egyptians successfully practiced brain surgery? Or that the Chinese were building massive ships (400' or more in length) with watertight bulkheads in the 15th Century while the Western World wouldn't figure out such design advantages until the 20th Century? Knowledge has a strange way of getting lost. Once upon a time we justified segregation as the optimal method of reducing prejudice by forcing people to live together and get to know one another. It worked. But, alas, that knowledge seems to have been lost...

Nah, it's not lost, it's just not offered as part of the democrats educational policy with matriculation of real history through their dept of education. Today, they just employee reverse-psychology to get their bigoted beliefs and policies enacted by the very people they claim to be helping while they feign ignorance of their own history.

SFC George Smith SFC (Join to see) Can you imagine if whites asked for this or even Hispanic's? It would be classified as Racism...I find this wrong in so many ways I can't count them all...Isolating them from the rest of the population is just going to make it worse on them in the long run....in my opinion.
